SEAM project Spanish Speaking Family Support Groups
The SEAM Project: Supporting Educational Achievement for Minorities will be hosting a series of parent support groups for Spanish speaking families at the offices of Southwest Solutions, 1700 Waterman, Detroit, Michigan 48209. The support groups will provide parents of children with special needs information regarding issues related to caring for children with special needs and navigating the service system.
Spanish speaking family support group dates are below. All dates are Wednesdays and the group will meet from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm:
October 7, 2009, November 4, 2009, & December 2, 2009.
