Welcome to the Did You Know? Project: Informing Families and Support Coordinators website. The Did You Know? Project is geared to provide current information to support coordinators and families to promote self-determination. The key to leading a self-determined lifestyle is knowledge and support. This project will inform families and support coordinators about the Department of Community Health's (DCH) policies and initiatives, promising practices, and strategies for achieving desired services, supports and outcomes. This website is a resource for individuals to access information on regional events, informational materials and updates concerning DCH policy and practices (see www.michigan.gov/mdch) as well as new strategies to enhance self-determination and access to services. Upcoming Did You Know? Events The next Did You Know? meeting is going to be held in Traverse City, MI at the Career-Tech Center, 880 Parsons Road.
